Hope in Hard Times Silas has received two grants from ARC for his wholesale produce business, which he runs with two other people. Business is good, he says, but one of the other owners is hospitalized, and much of the profits have gone to pay for her care. Still, Silas is optimistic. He says he finds business interesting and is glad he earns enough to provide for himself.
