From Refugee to Restaurateur Seraphim (pictured with his daughter) works for ARC as a community educator for the voluntary savings and lending program. He tells people about the benefits of the program, how it works, and encourages them to get involved. Seraphim has been involved in the income generation program for about three years and now operates a successful restaurant in the camp.
