"Through Our Eyes" Expanding "Through Our Eyes" was piloted in Guinea and Liberia. It has been well received by communities in both countries. In 2007, ARC initiated the project in southern Sudan, and ARC will launch the project in Thailand, Rwanda and Pakistan in 2008.
