Senior Management Team

ARC’s Senior Management Team provides leadership and support to ARC staff members in 7 countries around the world. This team leads ARC’s advocacy, finance, fundraising, human resources, program and security efforts, allowing the remainder of ARC staff to focus on the needs of those whose lives were shattered by tragedy.

Last year, approximately 2,000 employees of the American Refugee Committee worked to help 2.5 million people restore their health and rebuild productive lives. About 95% of ARC employees are local staff or are refugees themselves. Only a very small number of ARC staff actually works in the United States.
